Delete your account

NoPrompt for iOS and Android

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Your profile, posts and stories disappear at once. Thirty days later the account and every photo you posted are erased for good.

From the app

1. Open NoPrompt and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email hi@engineeredby.ai with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. Send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete it the same way the app does and reply when it is done.

What happens to your data

• Immediately: the account is deactivated. Your profile, posts, stories and comments are hidden from everyone, and every signed-in session ends.
• Within thirty days: you can change your mind. Sign in again and restore the account, and everything comes back as it was.
• After thirty days: the account is permanently erased, together with its posts, stories, comments, likes, friendships, blocks, sessions and every stored photo. It cannot be recovered.
• Kept: reports you made or that were made about your content stay as moderation records, with the link to your account removed.
